Pimples are the worst nightmare of any teenager because these leads to dark spots and can make face look ugly. So everyone wants to get rid of pimples in order to protect themselves against dark spots. Hormonal imbalance is the main cause of Acne, and you can protect yourself with the help of proper care. Some tips which helps are:
- Avoid oily foods: Avoid fatty and oily foods like fried chips, burgers, fried chicken etc as this leads to pimples on the face. Consume lots of green vegetables, fruits and salad if you want to make your face looks beautiful. The consumption of Vitamin e rich foods helps to make skin soft and also helps in repairing the skin.
- Use Antibiotic soaps: Use of antibiotic soaps helps to kill the germs and bacteria on the face. Wash the face with warm water because with this the pores of the skin get open and help in proper dirt removal. Keep one thing in mind that, never use harsh soaps because this will make the skin dry and hard.
- Protect from Sun: Avoid direct contact of the skin with the sun as this makes the acne problem severe. So it is recommended to use umbrellas or sun screens while you go outside in hot summers.
- Water and Baking soda: Mix water into baking soda in a bowl to make a thick paste with it and apply that paste on the skin. Let this paste on your face for only 20-30 seconds and wash off immediately. It helps in removing the extra oil and dead skin that causes acne.
- Mint: Use of Mint juice also helps to drive away acne. Applying the mint juice on the face for 10-15 minutes gives lots of relaxation to skin, makes it beautiful and prevents acne.
